The Embassy of Finland together with Finnica Consulting and Business Finland organized during autumn 2022 a series of online pitchings between Finnish and Italian health sector companies. This was one of the activities included in the Team Finland Italy focus on health sector in 2022-2023. Totally 40 companies were enrolled to the events organized during 5 pitching days between October and December 2022. Among these there were 4 big Italian players in the health sector, which are interested in novel technologies from Finalnd. All together 37 pitching sessions were concluded and so far 13 follow-up negotiations have been initiated. The Italian companies were positively surprised of the Finnish innovations and the advances level of technology used. This year there will be a Finnish health sector delegation visiting Milan in May 2023. Stay tuned!
