Finnica Consulting visited the biannual food sector event in Milan, TuttoFood in 6-9 May 2019. It is an excellent occasion to hear the latest food sector trends and product novelties. Healthy food is gaining more and more importance and organic cultivations are as important as ecology in packaging. Hot topic are also sustainability, supply chain, tracking and blockchain. The event gathered more than 80 000 visitors and over 3000 brands.
