Finnish technology company Navigil Ltd. offers white label personal safety and wellbeing services and devices for telecare service providers, to wellbeing device providers and to mobile network operators. Navigil’s products are currently used in over 30 countries in the world, also in Italy. Navigil has just announced the new solution Navigil Suite based on artificial intelligence technology and it will be expected to be launched in the end of 2019.
In addition to the possibility to track the customer immediately and open an instant voice contact, there are now new feature which allow automatic notification based on customer’s heart rate variability and respiration rate.
