Healthware Group strengthens its geographical coverage with the creation of a hub in Helsinki dedicated to the Nordics and Baltics region by acquiring the Finnish marketing agency Make Helsinki in the end of 2020. The deal combines Healthware’s consulting, full-service agency and digital health capabilities with Make Helsinki’s additional expertise in Virtual Reality, Customer Experience, Design and recruitment for Clinical Trials.
Healthware was founded in Salerno in 1997 and is led by digital health expert Roberto Ascione. It has seen rapid growth in the past few years and has evolved into a partner able to guide the transformation of life sciences, health tech and health insurance companies, as well as the start-ups to partner and connect with the healthcare stakeholders. Make Helsinki Ltd., founded in 2015 in Finland will go through a rebranding and CEO Petteri Kolehmainen will be nominated as the Managing Director Finland of Healthware Group.
