Last week a delegation of KESSU, The Finnish Association for Organizational Development, was visiting Milan. The scope of trip was to exchange ideas in the field of organizational development and get inspired by new things. The program included Italian company and partner visits and also a session on Italian business culture held by Jenni Makipaa from Finnica Consulting. The session with Jenni was held on Friday September 14th at the lovely Finnish-Italian restaurant in Milan La Dogana del Buongusto. Le discussion was lively and mixing different view points brings always interesting fresh ideas. Also the networking possibilities were maximized with efficient LinkedIn nearby function.
The Finnish Association for Organizational Development (KESSU) is an association of professionals responsible for management, leadership and organizational development issues in Finnish companies and other organizations as well as in the research and consulting sector. KESSU’s purpose is to develop and increase the skills and knowledge of its members who work in various sectors of organizational development and to share experiences and knowledge with supporting networks. Currently KESSU has about 100 members, who are interested in management, leadership and organizational development issues.
