Suomen Jäätelö uses only Finn Cattle´s milk in their ice creams, because it is best suited for those looking for supreme taste experience. Finn Cattle milk has a reputation of being extremely suited for making cheese. Their milk has notably high content of fat and contain a very high amount of protein as well. Those properties are key elements in making the best ice cream possible. This is the reason why we want to use only Finn Cattle’s milk. Also the other ingredients are carefully selected local food ingredients expressing the purity of Finnish nature. The flavour selection is varies from classic milk and vegan chocolate to extremely nordic tastes like spruce, blueberry and rhubarb sorbet.
This summer Suomen Jäätelö arrives in Italy in two special events. The first is in Rome, where the Embassy of Finland organizes a Midsummer Party with Finnish jazz artist Pekka Pylkkänen on June the 27th at the Villa Borghese Park. The second one is a shop-inshop in a famous international retail chain in Milan which has chosen to have Suomen Jäätelö ice-cream in its store in Corso Buenos Aires for the whole July.
